Biography

Lloyd Jones, Global Research Lead for Crop Physiology at UPL, brings 25 years of Agricultural Research and Development experience including 19 years as a scientist in Monsanto’s Trait Discovery and Testing Pipeline. In his current role, Lloyd leads a global research program for discovery and development of biofertilizers, biostimulants and other biological solutions for yield enhancement. His formal education includes bachelor’s degrees in Structural and Molecular Biochemistry and Industrial Microbiology and an MBA from North Carolina State University.
