Kevin Martin

Biography

Kevin is the Executive Director of the Carolina Utility Customers Association, a non-profit trade association focused on the unique energy needs of Carolina industrial customers. He has held various positions working in the Energy industry for over 20 years. Prior to his current role, he worked at the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality in the roles of Renewable Energy Program Manager and as the Section Chief/Manager of the NC Weatherization Assistance Program; at NC State University in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in an industrial system optimization program; and as a consultant on industrial energy matters. Before NC State, Kevin worked as an Executive in the Utilities industry in Virginia with responsibilities in economic development and for industrial customers. He has an M.B.A. from Averett University and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
