Joel Vyduna

Biography

Joel has worked in the renewables, energy storage, bioenergy, and conventional power markets since 2004.  He has held several management, operations, commercial, and technical positions throughout the energy project lifecycle and is versed in a wide variety of industry disciplines.  His project experience exceeds 20 GW across hundreds of projects comprising over $20 billion in transaction volume.  At Strata, he is the SVP or Project Execution & Asset Management focusing on development, financing, EPC, O&M, and asset management of solar, energy storage, and green hydrogen projects.

Prior to joining Strata, Joel lead the energy storage consulting practice at Luminate, an independent engineering firm focused on technical, commercial, and environmental due diligence in support of project finance, M&A, and other risk evaluation scenarios in the power and energy industries.  Prior to Luminate, Joel and held various positions spanning the EPC project lifecycle at Kiewit with a focus on large conventional power generation assets.

Joel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Construction Engineering and Management with emphases in mechanical and electrical engineering.
