Jeroen Willemsen (1972) is Innovation Lead Protein Shift at Foodvalley NL and known as the Protein Commissioner of the Netherlands. His mission: changing the protein game. Over the past 20 years, Jeroen created an eco-system to smoothly go beyond the protein transition tipping point. Sharing his experience as a researcher, entrepreneur and ecosystem builder, Jeroen is an internationally recognized speaker and inspirator on the topic of protein transition.
