Biography
Chance is an accomplished Strategy and Operations Leader with over 15 years of experience in cross-functional management roles. He started his career with GE Government Relations specializing in energy legislation and regulatory policy & advocacy. Then broadened his energy industry experience working for ScottMadden Management Consulting, where he focused on energy and utility strategic project implementation. Advanced degrees from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Northwestern University led him to his role at Blip Energy.
