Regulatory Update on NC’s Renewable Energy Industry Peter H. Ledford serves as Regulatory Counsel at the NC Sustainable Energy Association, where he represents NCSEA before the North Carolina Utilities Commission. Prior to joining NCSEA, he served as a staff attorney with the North Carolina General Assembly’s Research Division. Peter received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from Wake Forest University.
