Biography

Will Clayton is the CEO and co-founder of Sky Harvest, helping companies across sectors meet their climate targets by providing US-based carbon credits to offset unabatable emissions. Sky Harvest’s innovative forestry methodology unlocks new sources of climate action and increases access for smaller timber operators.

Previously, Will served as the Chief of Staff at Strata Clean Energy where he architected and oversaw the implementation of Strata’s corporate strategy, resulting in a subsequent period of high growth. He also led the successful turnaround of an underperforming division within Strata.

Prior to Strata, Will was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where he advised clients on strategy development, market growth, and program management in the energy and consumer industries, as well as the public sector.

Will is an Eagle Scout and sits on the board of the Broughton Travel Fellowship, which he founded in 2013. Will earned a BA in Economics with highest honors from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar
