Tony Lathrop
Biography
Anthony “Tony” Lathrop was appointed to the N.C. Board of Transportation in March 2017 and serves as Chair of the Finance Committee (formerly the Funding & Appropriation Strategies (FAST) Committee). Lathrop is a member of the law firm of Moore & Van Allen PLLC in Charlotte, where he specializes in commercial litigation, transportation, zoning/land use and dispute resolution. He served on the Charlotte Mecklenburg Planning Commission from 2011 until 2017 and chaired the commission for three years, from 2014 until 2017.
