Lincoln Wood
Biography
Lincoln Wood is Southern Company’s Electrification Policy Manager, based in Atlanta. He works with stakeholders across North America to electrify the movement of people and goods, and accelerate the transition to electric drive. Joining Southern in 2006, Lincoln has worked in complimentary areas of marketing including marketing research, product development, policy development, and innovation. Lincoln holds Bachelors’ Degrees in Economics and Sociology from the University of Georgia, is a Certified Energy Manager, and a lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Delta Honor Society. Lincoln is also Board Chair at Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative, an international non-profit which focuses on understanding consumers’ wants and needs in the changing energy ecosystem.
