Jennifer Poppler

Biography

Jennifer Poppler is a Principal Planning Analyst in the Carolinas Integrated Resource Planning group at Duke Energy.  In her current role, she performs economic analysis with a recent focus on modeling the Inflation Reduction Act.  She has over 30 years of experience in renewable and purchase power analysis, acquisition analysis, wholesale and QF rate structuring and general economic analysis.

Ms. Poppler has a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Queens College.  She is a licensed Professional Engineer.
