Biography

Heather M. Jennings is manager­–Customer Account Management in Dominion Energy’s Power Delivery Group.

She manages the Richmond-based customer contact center that provides support to the company’s 2.6 million electric distribution customers in Virginia and North Carolina.

Jennings joined the company in 2003 as an engineer in Environmental Services and has held various roles in finance, energy conservation, and new technology. She was promoted to manager–Metering Solutions in 2011, and held several leadership roles managing metering strategies, technology and systems. She assumed her current post in September 2017.

Prior to joining Dominion Energy, she worked as an environmental and engineering consultant for what is now AECOM in Northern Virginia.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also is a master black belt.

Jennings volunteers with Junior Achievement and is a mentor to business students through Virginia Commonwealth University.
