Dadria Chen
Biography
Dadria Chen is a junior at UNC-Chapel Hill, majoring in Environmental Sciences with a focus on the Quantitative Energy System Track and minoring in Statistics. Her academic and professional interests center on renewable energy, energy management, and energy equity. Dadria is committed to accelerating the clean energy transition at the community level in the U.S. and advancing international clean energy supply chains. She currently serves as a Teaching Assistant for ENEC 330: Principles of Sustainability in the UNC Environment, Ecology, and Energy Program (E3P). Additionally, she contributes to the Solar Project under the Renewable Energy Special Projects Committee (RESPC), helping to install solar PV systems and integrate solar-powered electric vehicle charging stations at the Friday Center and/or the Student Union. As a Cleantech intern, Dadria is deeply involved in developing panels on The Grid and Data Analytics and is exploring the role of AI in energy planning and grid reliability.
