Biography
Ann leads Key Capture Energy’s finance and human resources function, including financial planning, analysis and capitalization efforts.. Before joining Key Capture Energy, Ann was Vice President and Treasurer of South Jersey Industries, Inc., and Principal Financial Officer oftheir utility holding company, SJI Utilities. Prior to joining South Jersey Industries, Ann held various financial positions with a number of companies over the years, ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar corporations. She has over 30 years of experience and brings a proven track record of successfully managing all areas of finance and accounting over her career.Ann has her MBA and B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
