Chandra Taylor is a Senior Attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center’s Chapel Hill Office specializing in transportation and land use issues, and is also an Adjunct Professor at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law. Before joining the Southern Environmental Law Center, she served as a Public Ally for the Durham Arts Council and was a Staff Attorney at the Financial Protection Law Center in Durham.
Chandra received her B.A. in Political Science at UNC-Chapel Hill and then went on to get her J.D. at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law, and was a Vermont Law School Environmental Justice Exchange Program Fellow.
