VIRTUAL: Final Presentations of the 2024 Summer Undergraduate Research Assistants
September 16, 2024 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Please join us for the Final Presentations from the 2024 Summer Undergraduate Research Assistants
This is the inaugural year of the UNC IE Field Sites Summer Research Assistantship Awards. These awards are merit-based and available for current UNC students once they complete a semester at one of the UNC IE domestic field sites (Highlands, Morehead City or Outer Banks). The research assistants spend the summer continuing research from their time at the field site or begin a new project, and these presentations highlight their research efforts.
The Institute for the Environment, in partnership with the Environment, Ecology and Energy Program and the UNC Study Abroad Office, offers semester-long experiential education in ecosystem settings ranging from mountains to coast to urban environments.
