YES-Resilience: SEE Solutions
Youth Engaging in the Science of Resilience: Sensing the Environment and Envisioning Solutions is a five-year project to support informal educators and diverse youth in developing locally relevant solutions to climate impacts and fostering youth environmental health literacy. Through science enrichment programs for high school students conducted in partnership with community partners, youth will learn about climate change, investigate strategies to address locally relevant climate impacts, and contribute to authentic action projects to strengthen their community’s resilience to extreme weather and other climate-related events.
